We don't want distractions with lots of flashing banners - buyers don't appreciate them ! More to the point it means the buyer never contacts YOU. Our advice is don't advertise your property in France on these sites. All you are doing is helping the webmaster get people to the site and to have them click on their paying adverts (affiliates). So how does it all work on FrenchPropertyClassifieds.com? Well it is very simple. Our site accepts XML feeds. We will create an account for you and regularly load all of the properties in your feed. It is all automatic and there is nothing you need to do.If you do not have an XML feed, we particularly recommend XML2u.com - for a small monthly fee of around 14 euros, they will create a feed (file) of all your properties from your existing website and deliver it to us. They regularly produce the feed so it always reflects any changes you have made. After signing up with XML2u.com or supplying us with a feed of your own (e.g. from Pericles, Winimmobilier, etc), there is nothing to do but sit back and wait for sales enquiries to arrive by email. You will only be invoiced (monthly) at a very low rate per sales lead (spam and repeat enquiries from the same email address are removed from billing). In short, you only pay for performance. There are no charges to list your French properties and you are free to remove your listings at any time by simply contact us. |
